Welcome, to the SECGC (State Employee Charitable Giving Campaign) application process.
Please fill out the appropriate application for your organization type - Independent, Federation, or Affiliate (descriptions below). If you have previously participated in the SECGC campaign, then your SECGC number remains the same. If not, an SECGC number will be assigned to you after acceptance into the campaign. Please note: the Independent, Federation, and Affiliate applications are for campaign participation as a whole, simply making your organization a pickable option for state employees to donate to through the campaign. This does not automatically register you for the Campaign Kickoff Event in the Capitol Rotunda in Helena, which is optional. That registration is separate (with an additional $25 fee regardless of organization type), and space is limited - first come, first serve. That application link will also be below. You must fill out an independent, federation, or affiliate application before you will be accepted for participation at the Rotunda event. Federation: an organization that operates with affiliated nonprofits under their organization (EarthShare, Independent Charities of America, Neighbor to Nation, Action for Eastern MT, Montana Shares, United Way, Etc.)
Affiliate: an organization that is affiliated with a federation (in a partnership with federation within the campaign)
Independent: an organization with no partner affiliations filing solely on its own as its own entity
